Supported enterprise network operations, OT camera deployments, and multi-site LAN refresh across Catalyst access and core, IDF/MDF buildouts, and the physical plant under them.

Refreshed LAN on Cisco Catalyst 2960, 9200, 9300, and 9500 — IDF and MDF buildouts, Cat5e/Cat6/Cat6a, BOMs, and rack elevation plans.
Racked and stacked network gear and OT camera systems, and wrote cabling runbooks for camera and OT integration.
Ran UPS assessments, battery replacements, and power validation; root-caused UPS load, access control, and OT connectivity.
Reviewed multi-tenancy, site-to-site IPsec, and ISE/NAC policy with TACACS+; completed ISE onboarding and JAMF endpoint testing.
Assigned voice VLANs, validated PoE, and confirmed IP telephony on Cisco switches.
Handled day-to-day operations with MSPs (Xalient, Yorktel): incidents, site surveys, and hardware readiness.

Research

Runtime security for a voice agent.

We built Tyler, a serverless voice assistant on API Gateway, Lambda, Amazon Bedrock (Nova Lite), and ElevenLabs, with Prisma AIRS as a real-time runtime layer scanning both user prompts and model responses. Red-team evaluation on 338 adversarial prompts: 96.4% refusal versus 92.3% baseline, 294 harmful prompts blocked, and 87% fewer expensive LLM calls.
